Mary Cape Casey, 86, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Tidelands Hospice House of Georgetown.
Born on September 26, 1926, she was the daughter of Albert Cleveland Cape and Mae Bell McClain Cape. Mrs. Casey attended First Baptist Church of Georgetown. She was a retired cosmetologist and Mary Kay Consultant for many years.
She was predeceased by husbands, John Watkins, Jr. and Earle Casey.
Survivors include one son; Carlton Lee Watkins, Sr. of Thompson, GA; one daughter, Phyllis Watkins Douglas of Georgetown; 5 grandchildren, Carla Woodward (Tim) of N. Augusta, SC; Bobby Watkins of Grovetown, GA; CW Watkins (Nikki) of Thompson, GA; Erin D. Wainwright (Richard) of Gulf Breeze, FL; Casey Douglas of Georgetown; 12 great grandchildren; 2 sisters; Annie Bell Dilworth of Greer, SC; Jean Motes of N. Augusta, SC; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special family friend, Coy Watkins.
Graveside services will be held at 3 PM on Friday, January 11, 2013 at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Augusta, GA.
Memorials may be made to Tidelands Community Hospice House, 2591 North Fraser Street, Georgetown, SC 29440.
Graham Funeral Home of Georgetown is in charge of the arrangements.
