Obituary of Harry Wallace

Harry Volt Wallace, 87, husband of Barbara Bellflower Wallace, passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at Tidelands Community Hospice House.
Born on August 19, 1925, in Georgetown County, he was a son of the late Willie Wallace and the late Annie Roberts Wallace. Mr. Wallace was a US Navy veteran having served in WWII. He retired from International Paper Company after 45 years of service. Mr. Wallace enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of Georgetown; three children, Michael H. Wallace of Georgetown, Sherhal W. Bone (Ricky) of Georgetown and Darrell J. Wallace of Georgetown; four grandchildren, Amy Forsyth of Charleston, Bryan Bone (Mandy) of Georgetown, Shanna Wallace of Stuart, VA and Cory Bone (Hannah Maree) of Georgetown; three great grandchildren, Aaron Forsyth, Adam Forsyth and Peyton Bone; one sister Queenie Gibson of Greenville; two special family members, Margaret Wallace of Charleston and Connie Wallace of Stuart, VA; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Cleo Wallace and John Henry Wallace.
Graveside services will be private.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Thursday, April 25, 2013 at Graham Funeral Home.
