Obituary of Andrew Salapatek

Andrew Leo Salapatek, 92, widower of Mary Eldridge Edge Salapatek, passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at Georgetown Health Care and Rehab.
Born on August 19, 1920, in Blue Island, IL, he was a son of the late John Paul Salapatek and the late Helen Scczensuiak Salapatek. Mr. Salapatek was a member of Messiah Baptist Church and enjoyed playing golf.
Survivors include two brothers, Frank Salapatek and Mike Salapatek both of Chicago, IL; and a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
A memorial service will be held at 3 PM Friday, July 19, 2013 in the Graham Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ricky West officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service.
