Obituary of Lloyd Junior Kemp

Lloyd Junior Kemp, 84, passed away on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Born on May 30, 1930, in Connellsville, PA, he was a son of the late Ira Lloyd Kemp and the late Margaret Reames Kemp. Mr. Kemp was a US Army veteran. He enjoyed NASCAR and loved his dogs. Survivors include seven children, Michael Micheau (Sherry), Brian Micheau and Beverly Goins (Mike) all of Georgetown; Marlene Perricone (Ben) of Westminster, MD, Steve Kemp, Viola Woolard (Michael), Debbie Helmstetter (Mike) all of Cumberland, MD; seven grandchildren, Justin Kemp, Kaylee Goins, Emily Goins, Taylor Micheau, Madyson Micheau, Brianna Micheau and Logan Micheau; two brothers, Clyde Orville Kemp of Kansas City, KS and Kenneth Ray Kemp (Fran) of Frostburg, MD; four sisters, Gladys Elizabeth Rooney of Lonaconing, MD, Carol Ruth Dominick (Victor) of Tucson, AZ, Linda Sue Kemp of Artemas, PA, and Diane Sharon Vance (Michael) of Artemas, PA. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Sheila Kemp Kaufman; a son, Gregory Kemp; a sister, Esther Mae Popp; and two brothers, Donald Kemp and Ronald Kemp. A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Maryville Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Tommy Cox officiating. Memorials may be made to Graham Funeral Home, 2200 S.
