Mrs. Kathy C. Morris, 69, passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015 at Tidelands Hospice House.
Mrs. Morris was born July 9, 1945 in Williamsburg County, a daughter of the late Martha Vermelle Casselman Bruce and Marion Ray Casselman.
A memorial service, officiated by Rev. Jack Mobley, will be held at 3pm on Monday, April 6, 2015 in the chapel of Graham Funeral Home, 2200 S. Fraser Street. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1pm-3pm at Graham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Morris was a devoted member of Piney Forest Baptist Church. She enjoyed cross-stitching, gardening, and fishing. Her greatest joy was spending time with her friends and family.
Surviving are her daughter, Rhonda Morris Jowers (Jimmy) of Georgetown; 2 grandsons, Chandler W. Jowers and Jimmy Jowers III; 3 Great Grandsons, Carson, Bentley, Brylen; 5 Sisters, Carolyn C Dukes, Rachel C Jacobs, Janice C Flynn, Melissa Bruce, and Marian Bruce; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Alvin Burnet “AB” Morris.
In lieu of flower, memorials may be made to Autism Speaks, 1060 State Road, 2nd Floor, Princeton, NJ 08540 or Tidelands Hospice, 2591 North Fraser Street, Georgetown, SC 29440.
