Trevell Lee Johnson Jr. passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
He was the son of Trevell Lee Johnson and Tina Monique Carr.
Surviving are: his parents of Georgetown; his grandmother Ruthena Weaver of Hemingway; his great-grandparents, Charles and Annie Mae Gamble of Hemingway; a special friend, Mr. Ronald Robinson; and a host of aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held at Graham Funeral Home, 2200 S. Fraser Street, on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 6pm.
