I am so sorry to hear about Richard's passing. He was always there to help with projects or to support the cadets of my NJROTC Unit. He will be missed by many that he helped. I know that God has put his arms of never ending love around Richard and I pray that
God provides his friends and family the strength to deal with their loss.
