Edward S. Thomas, 66, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at his residence.
Mr. Thomas was born on December 7, 1948 in Georgetown, SC. He was a son of the late Pearl Davis and Edward Thomas.
Mr. Thomas was a commercial fisherman and avid duck hunter and golfer who spent his whole life in Georgetown. He loved being out on the water and spent as much time as he could fishing. He was a beloved friend of many and always had a ready laugh or joke to tell.
Surviving are: his wife, Marlou Thomas of Georgetown; his son Alexander J. Sullivan of Georgetown; a sister, Robin Thomas of Georgetown; and his brother, Teddy Thomas; and his cousin, Brooks Moore of Ladson.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 at 7pm in the Graham Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 6pm.
