Obituary of Harry James Durant Fulton, Jr.

Harry James Durant Fulton, Jr., 77, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016 at his residence.
Born in Georgetown on October 20, 1938, he was a son of the late Harry James Durant Fulton, Sr. and the late Adria Ray Fulton.
Mr. Fulton was a member of First Baptist Church of Georgetown and the International Paper Quarter Century Club. He was a former Deacon of First Baptist and an avid South Carolina Gamecock Fan. In his free time, he loved to tinker. He was a loving father, grandfather, husband and brother.
Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Helen Osborne Fulton; a daughter, Darlene Fulton Butler of Nashville, TN; one granddaughter, Amanda Grace Butler of Nashville, TN; two brothers Elbert Davis Fulton (Mary) of Georgetown, Everett Marion “Skeeter” Fulton of Georgetown; two sisters, Dorothy Fulton Ramsey (Johnny) of Pineland, SC, and Joyce Elaine Fulton of Summerville; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, August 11, 2016 at 1pm at First Baptist Church in Georgetown. The visitation will take place one hour prior to the service at the church from 12pm-1pm. Burial will follow at Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
