Mr.Richard will be missed by many.He always had a card ready to give someone for all occasions.I would pick him up on church van and what amazed me most was even though he lived alone,he knew more about what was happening in Georgetown than anybody and would also tell me how to drive.He told me which red lights to get through quickly and then I would not get stopped by the other red lights.He was a very loving person and I will miss him.Rest in peace my dear friend.
