Obituary of Nancy Clontz

Nancy Haskin Clontz, 81, widow of Baxter “Buddy” Ross Clontz, passed away Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at Thrive Assisted Living at Prince Creek in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.

A funeral service, will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 4PM in the Graham Funeral Home Chapel in Georgetown, South Carolina.  A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in Charlotte Memorial Gardens in Charlotte, North Carolina at 2PM.

Born in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 16, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Carl E. Haskin and the late Ruth Haskin.

Mrs. Clontz was a retired fashion consultant from Belk who enjoyed gardening, hiking, and long walks on the beach. 

Surviving are her two sisters, Betsy Lovin of Tennessee and Ruth Meadows of Alabama; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her brothers, Ed Haskin and Jack Haskin; and a sister, Mary Lou Parker.
