Obituary of Julie Bodiford Odum

Julie Bodiford Odum, 56, widow of George Elwood Odum, passed away Friday, February 15, 2019 at Tidelands Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 18, 2019 at 2PM at Pine Crest Baptist Church in Andrews.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will follow the service in Andrews Memorial Cemetery.

Born on July 15, 1962 in Kingstree, SC, she was the daughter of Jack O. Bodiford and Ellaree Gibbs Bodiford. She was an Andrews High School graduate and enjoyed her work and shopping.  She spent her free time with her beloved cats and friends and family.

Surviving are four children, Jeremy Allen Bodiford of Andrews, Jarid Elwood Odum (Kayla Linderman) of Gaston, SC, Alaina Rebecca Odum of Georgetown, Allen Odum (Karen) of Georgetown; eight grandchildren, Timothy Odum, Kaila Odum, Garrett Odum, Kinsley Odum, Kelcey Odum, Rebecca Mims, Karissa Linderman, Katrina Linderman; one brother, Jack O. Bodiford Jr. of Andrews; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Gina Bodiford.
