Obituary of Scottie Bruce Tyler

Scottie Bruce Tyler, 40, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at his residence.

A memorial service will be held at Graham Funeral Home on Thursday, April 4, 2019 from 6PM-8PM.

Born on December 29, 1978 in Marion county, he was the son of Daniel Bruce Tyler and Myrtle Daniels McGee.  Mr. Tyler enjoyed hunting and fishing in his free time.  He was a prankster and proud to be a mama’s boy.  Mr. Tyler was a tattoo artist and loved spending time with friends and family.  He was a student and football player at Andrews High School.

Surviving, in addition to his parents, are one daughter, Lauren Elaine of Andrews; one son, Danny Lane Tyler of Georgetown;  two sisters, Amy Hanna (Deron) of Myrtle Beach; Dawn Middleton (Bobby) of Andrews; one aunt, Joyce Tyler of Andrews; one uncle, Buddy Tyler of Florida; five nieces; two nephews; one great niece; one great nephew.

Mr. Tyler was preceded in death by a sister, Danielle Thompson.
