Francis Marion Williams, 86, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 at 11AM in Pennyroyal Memorial Gardens.
He was born on December 4, 1933, in Georgetown, South Carolina to the late Ambrose Jackson Williams Sr. and the late Mary Ella Cribb Williams Langsdale. Mr. Williams was a member of Screven Baptist Church and attended the Keystone Sunday School Class. He was a veteran of the South Carolina National Guard and a supervisor at City of Georgetown Water for over 14 years.
Surviving are one son, Jamie F. Williams (Cindy) of Georgetown; two sisters, Mary Sue Sessions of Georgetown and Cornelia Hardwick of Georgetown; three grandchildren, Ryan Williams (Michaela), Drew Williams (Kirsten), Hayden Williams; two great grandchildren, Remington Miles, Brinley Williams; a sister in law, Barbara Martin; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife of 61 years, Mildred House Williams; two sisters, Nolie Morris, Florence Williams; and one brother, Jack Williams.
