I’m sorry to hear belatedly of Mrs Hulse’s passing. She was a wonderful person and, as my youth leader at Faith Methodist in Rockville,Md, she made an imprint on my life. I will always remember when we arrived at church after a youth fall retreat in the hills, as we kids got off the bus she handed each of us a copy of Good News for Modern Man. A layman’s version of the Bible… I’m happy to say that from this one moment, I read through the gifted Bible from Mrs Hulse and in 1975 accepted Christ. And now, Mrs Hulse received her reward. And the HILARIOUS talent shows at church! “Propel, propel , propel your canoe gently down the liquid solution, ecstatically, ecstatically,ecstatically, life is but an illusion.” I’ve never sung Row Row Row your Boat the same way since middle school. I love you Mrs Hulse!

So sorry to learn of the passing of my great Aunt Evie. Been thinking of her for the past several months and reminiscing the wonderful times we’ve spent together. I’m so happy to have the childhood memories of visiting her and Uncle Bill, their beautiful home, and immense hospitality. Truly moments I’ll treasure forever. I’ll miss her beautiful smile and spunky love of life. My heart breaks for all her children and family nearest to her. Thoughts, strength and prayers. May she rest peacefully.

I’ve worked with Evelyn for many years, and I cherished the calls and pictures she would send me every Christmas, I have many collections at my desk that I will cherish- even her new Pink Car. I loved listening to all her stories she told about her grandkids and family. She was a loving and caring person. My heart sadden to hear the news about her passing, but I know she and Bill are together again. I will never forget that beautiful smile and always had a kind word. Rest in Peace Evelyn.
