Garland Michael Martin, 68, passed away on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Tidelands Waccamaw Hospital.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at 6PM at Graham Funeral Home.
Mr. Martin was born on March 9, 1953 in Rock Hill, SC to the late Garland Martin and the late Mary Louise Jones Martin.
Mr. Martin loved cars and motorcycles and spent his free time restoring old cars. He enjoyed music, watching football, and spending time with his family and friends.
Surviving are one son, Zachary Martin (Janet) of Myrtle Beach, SC; one sister, Hazel Whitmire of Rock Hill; his significant other, Karen Margo Semones; two grandchildren; Jacob and Jillian of Myrtle Beach, SC; two nieces, Terrie Whitmire and Rita Serra both of Rock Hill, SC; a special friend, Ken Holden of Charlotte, NC; and other special family members, Lilianna Valdemar, Daniella Valdemar, Malachi Valdemar, Nevaeh Semones, Phoenix Semones, Britt Morton and family, Bekah Dalton and family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 43 years, Gloria F. Martin.
