Mr. Lawrimore, David, will be missed by many. My memory of him was his sense of humor that was very unique. I may not have understood him all the time but he did make me laugh. He seemed to be a man of principles, honor, and practicality. Even through the struggles that he endured dealing with his surgeries and setbacks, he pushed through mostly on his own. I believe his daughter Tammy gave him great comfort during those times. I imagine him in heaven doing the things he loved to do such as golf, caring for his dogs, and rocking on his front porch on a hot summer day. He now rests in peace, pain-free, and reunited with those he lost while here on earth. I'm sure he's up there right now telling a corny joke with southern flair!
